We need this videos before he can start.
I already seen Conda is in contact with his partners for who will help him out with the raise, and they all ask to see that the Advisors are really onboard and not just paid "faces"
As you know, a word or a picture means nothing in crypto and this is not a 50k raise.
I suggested I, myself could do the interviews with the Advisors, together with @productshare2, so we can get all videos prepared and uploaded.

I get that but this is a 1.1M raise, the next round is 400k max which can be filled with much less effort especially if the big pockets, and influential people are in on the first round. You wouldn't wait to get your 50K + guys to buy at launch.

You guys have 0 in funds for marketing as far as I know and the private raise will have to be used for a lot more than just marketing as I was told, so targeting the private like a presale was me trying to get a lot of KOLs and influential people to participate into the private and encourage them to promo the presale. I will also be giving out % of my fee to several KOLs to get funds raised and some exposure for PS for the private sale as well as the presale.

In our last meeting I thought we all agreed that for us to stay on schedule and to have a working chance to launch LP by mid June the private sale would be completed in the second week May. If this spills over into the second half of the month there will be a cascading effect. Our most critical item is having the Marshal island dao registered before the Presale which will only be possible if we get the capital from the private no later than mid May. We might have to start the raise internally and get you guys to plug in as soon as you’re available to start.

I'll speak to Lars and my team, honestly the interest on the loan will probably cost you a lot less then giving out tokens in the long run, but you will still be left with all the issues that are making investors hesitate.

Hi all, I’m available until 6pm EST and after 9.30pm EST. until 11pm. Would really appreciate if we can get a resolution today even if it’s not in our favor. We have obligations to vendors and colleagues waiting on paychecks who were counting on these funds patiently for many weeks. At this point all I want to know is whether I should be arranging alternative financing on Monday so that we can continue to make progress as a company.

We are currently in the Private Sale raise and I had already agreed to release the funds that was intended to be spent within the scope of the private sale budget, for example, setting up the legal entity, pretty much foundational steps towards building trust with the investors.
The private sale was not intended to fund vendor payment or other salaries, and we aren't comfortable with releasing any funds for salaries and things like that especially when we have a lot of issues that were supposed to be taken care of a while ago. These issues we mentioned are easily fixable and free to do.
Our goal is to raise funds strictly to ensure a seamless token launch while being transparent and honest with all investors.
Paying vendors was never mentioned and is not budgeted in the Private Sale raise nor the Presale raise.
If you would like to move forward with a loan that may be a better option, let us know if you would like us to begin the refund process.
Also the legal dept. has not returned to go over the contract, but I immediately saw that you did not add the refund clause in it and the contract is signed as a private entity and not you personally as agreed.

I get that the goal of the Private Sale was to set up the legal entity and other foundational steps, and we're on the same page about being transparent with investors. However, we're in a critical situation now, and it's really urgent.
We've already stretched our resources to the limit. The delay in releasing the funds is seriously affecting our operations. We were assured by you and Lars that the Private sale would fill in the first week of June and it is already half way through July. You guys led us to believe that we could count on this funding. At this point our employees are leaving because they have not been paid since May and without their support, all of the milestones you are talking about will be impossible to achieve. The budget we discussed does include salaries and vendor payments. By vendors, I mean software as a service and hosting providers, not marketplace sellers. Here's the breakdown again for clarity:

If you can't move forward with releasing the funds on Monday, we'll have to consider initiating the refund process, but that's a last resort and will leave us with no option but to explore all available remedies, including seeking legal recourse, and disclosing this situation publicly. We believe this would be detrimental to all parties involved and prefer to resolve this amicably and promptly.
We really should keep pushing ahead.
